We do not recommend removing Users from versaSRS, but instead Archiving them.

Doing this will allow for any Records (Case/Problem/RFC/Task) assigned to the User retaining this information, this allows you to accurately Report on historic Records. Archiving also allows the User to be easily reinstated, if required.
Archiving a User will remove them from the active licensed Users list, allowing new Users to be added without increasing the max allowed Users value allocated by the license.

To Archive a User tick the 'Archive User' checkbox on the Login Details tab of their User Profile, then save the changes by clicking OK.
