versaEdit

The versaEdit Text Editor that is used for formatting text on Records (Case/Problem/RFC/Task) can have its default Font styles changed by editing the versaEdit_Styles.xml file (pictured below).
The default location for this file is C:\Program Files (x86)\VersaDev\versaSRS\versaSRS\modules\versaEdit\versaEdit_Styles.xml

The value that has selected="true" will be the default value that is set for that option.

Note: You will need to clear your browser cache for versaSRS to see the changes reflected in the application
