  • When editing system tables, the scroll bar is now returned to the record selected for editing.
  • Added an option to enable User Access Auditing.
  • Additional XML parsing has been added to internal Web services to correct issues when using invalid XML characters.
  • Additional checks for user session are now performed preventing event log system errors being generated.
  • Notify Parent Call: When enabled an audit log is generated against the Parent Call when the Child Call is Closed.
  • Restrict Queue Assignment: When enabled, the Queue assignment list throughout the system will only display Queues that the User is a member of.
  • Security Profiles: Extended to include Manage Calls. As with all Security Profiles this can be set uniquely for each User of a Queue.
  • Firefox Issue: Cursor is not displayed when editing HTML text. This has now been corrected.
  • Unable to delete Call Update templates. This has now been corrected.
  • My Home Dashboard and Full Text Search Queue list is now sorted alphabetically.

  • Task Escalations may now be defined when creating Task Templates.
  • Enhancement to versaSRS Windows services to support scheduled Task escalations.
  • A Task can now be set to Dormant Status by setting the Task Logged Date to a future date.
  • Changes to layout and order of context menus.
  • Multiple history context menus are displayed each time right-click is performed. This has now been corrected.
  • Issue when saving contact data has now been corrected. This only applies to the standard contacts module and not versaCRM.
  • Issue displaying Billing Times has now been corrected.
