1.0 System Requirements
=======================

	- versaSRS 3.3.0
	- Windows Server 2003 / 2000, Windows Vista, Windows XP
	- The Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1
	- IIS 5 / 6 / 7
	- ASP.Net
	- SQL Server 2005 / 2000, SQL 2005 Express or the Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine (MSDE) 2000

3.0 Installation Instructions
=============================

Create a new Virtual Directory or Web Site under IIS and publish versaSRSMobile as a new application (e.g. versaSRSMobile)

The web.config of versaSRSMobile is described below. This file allows you to control the behavior of the application.

Note: The default installation of versaSRSMobile is configured for Windows-based authentication. 


Web.Config App Settings Keys

DSN: Defines the connection string to the versaSRS database

RemoveDomainFromUsername:
-------------------------

Governs whether the DOMAIN is removed from DOMAIN\USERNAME when the system is configured for Windows authentication.
value = 0 Do not remove the Domain.
value = 1 Remove the DOMAIN
Example: <add key="RemoveDomainFromUsername" value="1"/>


SysAdminEmail: Email address of the system administrator (e.g. webmaster@mydomain)

AlertUnits: Governs the display of visual alerts: the current time in relation to a Call's Due Date.
value = 0 Minutes

Region: Controls The display and input format of dates within the system.

PageSize: Defines the number of Calls displayed per page.

Value = 10 - Call Logged Date


ShowOnlyMyCalls: Restrict the Call list to calls owned by the user

Value = 0 Disabled, provide access to all Queues available to the user.
Value = 1 Enabled, restict view to My Calls


MarkAsRead: Mark unread email updates as read

4.0 Accessing versaSRSMobile
============================

After installing versaSRSMobile, you can access the system via the URL:

	http://localhost/versaSRSMobile/

	or

	http://myserver/versaSRSMobile/

	
The credentials required to logon to the system will depend on the Client Validation defined within the web.config



5.0 Accessing versaSRSMobile Via MS Outlook 2002 / 2003 / 2007
==============================================================

To add a versaSRSMobile folder to the Folder List within MS Outlook:

	- In Mail, on the File menu, point to New, and then click Folder
	- Set the Name of the new folder to versaSRSMobile
	- Set the Folder contains to Mail and Post Items
	- Set the Select where to place the folder as required
	- Click OK to create the folder
	
	- Locate the folder versaSRSMobile within the Folder List, right click on the folder and click Properties
	- Click the Home Page tab and set the Address to the URL of versaSRSMobile (e.g. http://myserver/versaSRSMobile/default.aspx)
	- Check the Show home page by default for this folder checkbox
	- Click OK to apply the changes
	
To access versaSRSMobile, click on the MS Outlook folder versaSRSMobile.
